WebJul 6, 2007 · 1. The BAE billet heads are based on a Carl Foltz (CFE) Pro Stock truck head from a few years ago, it was very welded up, then scanned and made in billet by BAE. The NEW CFE head is an all new design, which makes me think even though billet sounds cool, its still an older CFE design.
