WebUnfortunately @OP - I'm betting your save is no longer compatible with the current FO4 version . Easy to check. Move the offending save to a temp folder. Load a save that is newer than the last mod you added. Start the game. If you don't get the CTD anymore then the issue is with the save. Oh Well.
